Included in the OMERS package that our members receive for their retirement, there is a paper included that needs to be filled out so that the office knows about your retirement.
If you know someone who is going to retire soon or has recently retired and did not know about our acknowledgement, please share this information with them.
You can also print it, fill it out and return it to the address listed on the document.
